Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group seeks a Field Sales Manager to lead and coach a team of sales representatives in the Deerfield Beach/Pompano Beach area. You will drive sales objectives, coach performance, and collaborate with HR on recruiting, while ensuring strong customer relationships and execution of programs.

The role requires 5+ years in sales, solid MS Office and presentation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a field team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent training/experience.
Minimum 5 years of related sales experience.
Proficient in MS Office and presentation software.
Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Analytic and reporting capabilities.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

Manages and coaches a team of sales representatives.
Conducts effective one-on-one meetings to align on objectives and review performance.
Develops performance plans and tracks progress for each rep.
Addresses skill gaps with customized coaching plans and progress tracking.
Pre-plans sales periods with individual meetings and target account planning.
Participates in interviewing and onboarding new hires with HR.
Maintain relationships with key accounts and identify new opportunities.
Coordinate supplier ride-alongs and pre-surveys with team.
