Williston Enrichment Center is hiring lead and assistant teachers for our preschool classrooms.
We focus on individual-child planning utilizing emergent curriculum. We believe in honoring children, and one of our core values as an organization is ensuring that all of our children, teachers, and families feel heard, valued, and respected. We are also strong advocates for the field of Early Childhood Education and we work as an organization to bring much needed change to the profession.
Applicants must love working with kids, have experience working with groups of children, and have education/training in the field of early education. We are looking for someone with experience working with children and education in the field of Early or Elementary Education (includes degrees, trainings, certifications, coursework, etc.). Applicants should have a minimum of an Associate's Degree in ECE or at least 30 credits in ECE/related fields. We are, however, willing to consider other applicants if ability, attitude, and temperament are a good fit with our center, our values, and our beliefs. We are looking for lead teachers, licensed teachers, assistant teachers, and we will consider part-time and full-time teachers.

Plan and implement daily activities, curriculum, and routines for young children. Communicate with families, follow a Reggio-inspired philosophy, perform all routines as needed for working with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
