Responsibilities:

- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of young children.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Use effective classroom management techniques to ensure a positive and productive learning environment.
- Assess the individual needs of each child and provide early intervention when necessary.
- Foster a love for literacy through storytelling, reading activities, and language development exercises.
- Incorporate hands-on activities and play-based learning to engage children in their education.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate progress, address concerns, and provide guidance on supporting their child's development.
- Utilize tutoring techniques to support children who may need additional assistance in specific subjects, such as math.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with students or children in an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Proficiency in lesson planning and curriculum development that aligns with educational standards.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes diversity and cultural understanding.
