The Teacher Assistant positions at The Episcopal Academy offer entry-level opportunities in independent school education. Each assistant is paired with a lead teacher who supervises their professional growth and development. Assistants support lead teachers in various responsibilities, helping to reduce the student/teacher ratio and gaining instructional experience by preparing and instructing reading groups, assisting with math, and supporting social studies.

Additionally, assistants are responsible for providing lead instruction and child supervision during The Episcopal Academy Afternoon Enrichment program. Under supervision, they plan and deliver engaging activities and are encouraged to participate fully in school life, including coaching and extracurricular activities.
