Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in Analytics, Reporting, Finance or similar field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of data analytics tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau) and reporting best practices.
• Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.
• Occasional travel required.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of dashboards, scorecards, and automated reporting using BI tools.
• Act as primary contact for reporting requests and govern data quality.
• Support automation initiatives and integration into workflows.
• Hands-on development for Power BI and SQL-based solutions.
• Lead UAT, incident management support, and deployment activities.
• Mentor team on SQL queries, BI tools, and data visualization.
• Monitor team KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
