Job summary

Paramount Pictures is hiring a Sr. Manager Analytics Engineer, Content Data, to own data pipelines and metadata models across Paramount Streaming. You will drive data quality and governance, partnering with analysts, content operations, licensing, and product teams to deliver scalable datasets.

You will work with Databricks, Looker, Snowflake, and BI tools to provide reliable dashboards and insights for Paramount+'s streaming portfolio. This role includes people management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics, analytics, computer science, MIS, data engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in analytical engineering, data engineering, or data analytics with solid SQL and data modeling expertise.
• Deep knowledge of ETL/ELT principles, data architecture, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines for content metadata and windows.
• Develop and refine reliable data models to unify metadata from multiple sources.
• Ensure metadata quality and prevent duplicates, missing rights windows, or misclassified data.
• Contribute to anomaly detection systems and operational dashboards for catalog health and KPIs.
• Collaborate with analysts, data engineers, licensing, and product teams to deliver data solutions.
• Build scalable datasets in Databricks, Looker, and Snowflake; maintain documentation and governance.
