Job summary
Paramount Skydance Corporation's Paramount Streaming seeks a Sr. Manager Analytics Engineer, Content Data, to own scalable data pipelines and ensure high-quality content metadata for Paramount+'s catalog.
You will model metadata and deliver dashboards using Databricks, Looker, and Snowflake, collaborating with analytics, content operations, licensing, programming, and product teams. This role blends engineering and analytics with people-management responsibilities in a vibrant, data-driven media
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in analytical engineering, data engineering, or data analytics with SQL & data modeling expertise.
- Experience with modeling and maintaining content metadata pipelines (titles, rights, windowing).
- Production-grade datasets in cloud environments (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
- Proficiency with BI tools and building curated data layers for performance.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for content metadata.
- Develop reliable data models to unify content metadata from multiple sources.
- Collaborate with analysts, content operations, programming, licensing, and product teams.
- Contribute to anomaly detection systems and operational dashboards.
