Job summary

Paramount Pictures is seeking a Sr. Manager Analytics Engineer, Content Data, to design and maintain scalable data pipelines and models for content metadata. You will ensure high data quality and partner with analytics, content operations, licensing, and product teams to deliver reliable datasets and dashboards for Paramount streaming services.

You will drive data governance, standards, and enable self-service analytics using platforms like Databricks, Looker, and Snowflake.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in analytical engineering, data engineering, or data analytics.
• Strong SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT, and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Experience building scalable data products and pipelines in cloud data environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for content metadata and rights.
• Develop and improve reliable data models unifying metadata from multiple sources.
• Ensure data quality, catalog health, and track KPIs with dashboards.
• Collaborate with content, licensing, and product teams to translate needs into data solutions.
• Lead documentation, standards, and governance for metadata taxonomy.
