Symetra is seeking a Lead Analytics Engineer to design and build the data platform and pipelines for our AI products. You will shape the data storage and tooling, mentor engineers, and partner with software teams to ensure the data platform meets product needs.

You will lead data engineering efforts for both structured and unstructured data, with emphasis on SQL, Python, and modern data infra like Snowflake and Dagster/Airflow. This role offers hybrid work within the United States.

Qualifications
