World Business Lenders, LLC. is seeking an analytical professional to join the IDEA — Intelligence, Data, Engineering & Analytics team. This fully remote role supports business users with reporting, analysis, and data questions within the Analytics & Decision Support function.

You will prepare recurring reports, dashboards, KPIs, and conduct ad hoc analyses to answer business questions, coordinating with data/tech teams to resolve issues. Strong Excel, Python/SQL, and BI tooling are preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, analytics, information systems, or a related field.
• Python or similar analytical programming experience is required.
• Experience with SQL strongly preferred.
• Experience with reporting, visualization, analytics, or business intelligence tools preferred.
• AI-assisted analysis or coding experience is a plus.

Mansioni

• Support business teams with reporting, data analysis, and day-to-day data requests.
• Prepare and maintain recurring management reports, dashboards, KPIs, and other analytical outputs.
• Perform ad hoc analysis to answer business questions and support operational and management decision-making.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand reporting and data needs and translate them into clear analytical requirements.
• Investigate data questions, discrepancies, and reporting issues and coordinate with the appropriate data or technology teams to resolve them.
• Review data and reporting outputs for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Support the development and documentation of enterprise KPIs, metric definitions, and reporting standards.
• Help business users understand and effectively use available data, reports, and self-service analytical tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve, simplify, and automate recurring reporting and analytical processes.
• Assist with testing and validation of new reports, datasets, metrics, and analytical products.
• Support other analytical projects and initiatives as assigned.
