Realtor.com seeks a Staff Analytics Architect to own the technical strategy, architecture, and delivery for our digital analytics clickstream platform. This senior IC will define what gets measured, how, and the roadmaps that product, marketing, and engineering use to build trusted data.

You will lead data collection across web and mobile, mentor engineers and analysts, and drive cross-functional alignment on instrumentation, governance, and scalability in a fast-paced real estate ecosystem.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Define technical strategy and roadmap for clickstream data collection.
• Ensure completeness, accuracy, and usability of clickstream data.
• Convert questions into instrumentation specs.
• Identify instrumentation gaps and drive resolution with engineering/QA.
• Audit tagging health and surface improvements.
• Lead root-cause analysis of data discrepancies and drive architectural changes.
• Mentor senior and mid-level engineers and analysts.
• Represent data and analytics in leadership forums.
