Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or related field.
- PhD with 3+ years of relevant industry experience or Master's with 7+ years; or Bachelor's with 10+ years.
- Expertise in liquid chromatography and separation sciences.
- Experience in GMP-regulated environments and quality/regulatory expectations.
Responsibilities
- Develop, validate, transfer, and troubleshoot analytical methods for OTC medicines and related products.
- Serve as technical expert in analytical chemistry and LC/separation sciences.
- Lead method development, validation, lifecycle management, and regulatory submissions.
- Design experiments, generate data for product development and stability testing.
- Provide mentorship to junior scientists and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Manage analytical activities across multiple projects, ensuring timelines and risks are addressed.
