Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or related field.
- PhD with 3+ years or Master’s with 7+ years or Bachelor with 10+ years of experience.
- Experience in analytical sciences for regulated industries and GMP environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop, validate, transfer, and troubleshoot analytical methods for OTC medicines, wellness, cosmetics, and medical devices.
- Lead method development and validation to support new products and lifecycle management.
- Investigate chromatographic and instrument issues using sound scientific methods.
- Design experiments and generate data for product development, stability testing, and regulatory submissions.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior scientists and collaborate cross-functionally.
