Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, analytical, or business-oriented field is required.
• 6+ years of analytics/insights experience with end-to-end ownership of cross-functional workstreams.
• Experience turning complex data into clear business narratives and executive-ready recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced analytics workstreams focused on restaurant operations and guest experience.
• Develop Voice of the Guest analytics by integrating surveys, reviews, and feedback sources.
• Synthesize insights across datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Present findings and actionable recommendations to senior leaders across functions.
