Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, health administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, government programs, or data analysis.
• Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and Exchange regulatory requirements.
• Proven leadership experience mentoring analysts.
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, BI platforms).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Oversight – Mentor a team of analysts and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Operational Analysis & Process Improvement – Identify inefficiencies and implement automation and scalable workflows.
• Regulatory & Technical Alignment – Interpret CMS/state guidance and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with compliance, product, sales, marketing, underwriting, implementation, client services, and clinical operations.
• Data Analysis & Reporting – Oversee data analysis, develop reports and dashboards, ensure data integrity.
