Responsibilities

• Analyze relational datasets to identify trends and opportunities for operational improvement across Medicare, Medicaid, and Exchange programs.
• Support development and maintenance of recurring and ad-hoc reports and analytical tools.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a standardized code template repository to automate report generation.
• Ensure outputs align with CMS and state guidance in partnership with SMEs.
• Support scalable processes that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and responsiveness across government program operations.
• Design and implement automated solutions to reduce manual effort and improve scalability.
• Use analytical software to support department goals defined by leadership.
• Participate in requirements gathering to translate business needs into deliverables.
• Present and communicate analytical findings clearly and concisely.
• Support root-cause analysis and data issue reporting with stakeholders.
• Participate in user acceptance and QA testing of new features and deliverables.
• Prepare high-level user documentation (SOPs, Job Aids, BRDs).
• Collaborate to refine reporting capabilities and standards with cross-functional teams.
