Job summary

Judi Health seeks a Lead Analyst, Analysis and Efficiencies within Government Program Operations to advance operational excellence across Medicare, Medicaid, and Exchange. You will mentor a team, translate strategy into analytics, and drive scalable, compliant processes.

You will partner with compliance, product, sales, and clinical operations to deliver data-driven insights, while ensuring accuracy and regulatory alignment across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, health administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, government programs, or data analysis.
• Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and Exchange regulatory requirements.
• Proven leadership experience mentoring analysts.
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, BI platforms).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Mentor a team of 5–7 analysts and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Lead efforts to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
• Interpret CMS and state guidance to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational enhancements.
• Oversee complex data analysis and develop reports/dashboards for decision-making.
