Judi Health is seeking a Government Programs Analysis & Efficiencies Analyst to support Medicare, Medicaid, and Exchange programs. You will analyze relational datasets and deliver reports, automate workflows, and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure regulatory alignment and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of healthcare data experience.
• 2+ years of government programs experience.
• 2+ years of experience working with SQL.
• Experience performing analyses on large relational datasets.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze relational datasets to identify trends and opportunities for operational improvement across Medicare, Medicaid, and Exchange programs.
• Develop and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reports and analytical tools to support data-driven decisions.
• Create and maintain standardized code templates to automate report generation and routine tasks.
• Ensure outputs align with regulatory requirements and business objectives by interpreting CMS/state guidance.
• Collaborate with compliance, product, sales, marketing, underwriting, implementation, client services, and clinical operations to refine capabilities.
