Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Analytics, Health Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, government programs, or data analysis.
• Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and Exchange regulatory requirements.
• Proven leadership experience managing or mentoring analysts.
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, BI platforms).

Responsibilities

• Mentor a team of 5–7 analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to timelines.
• Lead efforts to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements across government program operations.
• Interpret CMS and state guidance and ensure analyst team understands and applies regulatory requirements.
• Work with compliance, product, sales, marketing, underwriting, implementation, client services, and clinical operations to support enhancements.
• Oversee complex data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities.
