Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a seasoned transparency reporting lead to coordinate disclosures across health care compliance functions. You will design reporting methodologies, validate data, and drive automation to ensure accurate external disclosures.

You will partner with Legal, Finance, and regional stakeholders to translate regulatory changes into reporting requirements, oversee testing, and deliver training. Travel up to 5% may be required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required and 6+ years of professional experience.
  • Minimum 2 years in HCC or a related compliance function (regulatory, quality, finance, etc.).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills with a business-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands and implement system or process improvements.
  • Experience with data consolidation from multiple sources into quantitative reports.
  • Demonstrated experience with database and reporting tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills; some travel up to 5%.

Responsibilities

  • Lead testing, change management, and deployment activities.
  • Use analytics, visualization, and automation to improve data quality and efficiency.
  • Develop reporting analytics and insights to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Document processes and provide training materials.

Job description

  • Lead and coordinate transparency reporting activities across assigned business units and systems to ensure accurate, complete, and timely external disclosures
  • Partner with stakeholders on preparation, validation, reconciliation, and submission of transparency disclosures under applicable federal and/or state requirements
  • Develop and maintain reporting methodologies, control frameworks, risk assessments, audit readiness activities, and remediation plans
  • Monitor emerging transparency regulations, industry codes, and disclosure requirements and translate changes into reporting and process requirements
  • Advise Health Care Compliance teams, Legal, Finance, Business Technology, and regional/country stakeholders on reporting requirements, risk mitigation, and process improvements
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practices across transparency reporting processes
  • Identify, design, and implement process, system, and reporting enhancements
  • Translate reporting requirements into scalable digital and automated solutions
  • Lead testing, change management, and deployment activities
  • Use automation, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions to improve data quality, reporting accuracy, efficiency, and user experience
  • Develop reporting analytics and visualizations to identify risks, trends, compliance insights, and improvement opportunities
  • Translate complex reporting data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Maintain process documentation, reporting methodologies, work instructions, and knowledge repositories
  • Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and educational materials
  • Perform other duties as assigned by HCC Risk Management Solutions management
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 6 years of professional experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HCC or a related compliance function (regulatory, quality, finance, etc.)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, along with a business-oriented mindset
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands and implement system or process improvements
  • Ability to identify multiple, varied sources of data and consolidate them into meaningful quantitative analysis or reports
  • Demonstrated experience with database and reporting tools
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) with advanced MS Excel skills
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, including formal presentation skills
  • Up to 5% domestic and/or international travel required
  • Professional certification in Compliance, Risk Management, Data Analytics, Project Management, Process Excellence, or related disciplines preferred
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry preferred
  • Experience in transparency disclosures preferred
  • Experience designing and/or implementing new systems and tools preferred
  • Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders preferred
  • Experience using analytics, visualization, and automation tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, SQL, Power Platform, SharePoint, or similar technologies preferred
