Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• 8+ years of engineering experience in semiconductor industry
• 6+ years in analog and mixed-signal IC design with DC-DC architectures
• Experience with EDA tools and production release of PMICs
• Strong communication of technical concepts to stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of high-performance analog power management ICs with high efficiency
• Define product architecture with system engineers
• Select topologies ensuring robustness and manufacturability
• Conduct transistor-level design, simulations, and validation
• Collaborate with layout engineers to optimize silicon performance
• Coordinate with global teams and drive development strategies
• Define validation methodologies with test teams
• Present design decisions and trade-offs to stakeholders
