Job summary

Synopsys, Inc. seeks an experienced Analog Methodology Engineer to lead analog and adjacent-domain methodologies, collaborating across product teams and customers. You will own the methodology roadmap, drive adoption, and engage with foundries to align on advanced-node strategies.

Ideal candidates bring transistor-level simulation, STA expertise, scripting skills, and a track record applying AI/ML to optimization of analog circuits, with strong communication and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• Advanced degree or research background preferred for senior level.
• Experience with mixed-signal circuit design and IP release.

Responsibilities

• Own analog and adjacent-domain methodologies end-to-end.
• Coordinate customer requirements and integration challenges.
• Drive prioritization, adoption, and execution with stakeholders.
• Collaborate across product teams and with foundries to align plans.
• Support application-optimized IP for specialized workloads.
