You bring 25+ years in IC design, strong transistor-level expertise, and a track record of leading complex methodology projects, mentoring peers, and delivering actionable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Electrical Engineering required.
• 25–30 years IC design with BSEE; 22–25 years with MSEE/PhD.
• Expert knowledge of analog/mixed-signal methodology.
• Deep transistor-level circuit design and CMOS fundamentals.
• Experience defining methodology with advanced nodes and foundries.
• Lead and mentor across organizations; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Own analog and adjacent-domain methodologies.
• Focal point for customer-driven requirements and challenges.
• Prioritize, engage stakeholders, and drive execution.
• Improve cross-team coordination with product teams and foundries.
• Support methodology for application-optimized IP for specific workloads.
