We seek an experienced AM Sous Chef to lead breakfast, brunch and lunch, own kitchen operations, manage a team and menus, control costs, and help build a memorable dining experience for guests at this resort-driven venture.

- Lead daily preparation and service execution with precision and urgency.
- Direct, supervise, and support all AM and lunch cooks and prep staff.
- Own the development, execution, and improvement of breakfast, brunch, and lunch menus.
- Manage food and labor costs for AM and lunch operations.
