Job summary

Amphiform is hiring for a role focused on end-to-end process integration and yield development within its advanced materials platform. You will own the workflow from development to production, drive robust data infrastructure, and collaborate with scientists to keep chemistry scalable.

Ideal candidates have strong statistical skills, experience with failure analysis and characterization, and preferably a semiconductor background with ALD.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end process integration or yield development from development to production.
• Strong statistical grounding to analyze data and drive decisions.
• Experience with failure analysis and characterization.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end process, and the trade-offs between steps that no single step owner can see.
• Build the yield learning loop: failure analysis, root cause, corrective action.
• Establish process robustness: repeatability, sensitivity, tolerance windows and the data infrastructure.
• Work with our research scientists to keep new chemistry integrable as it develops.
