Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain ALD deposition systems for process development.
• Perform wafer handling, sample prep, and post‑process metrology.
• Execute experiments, collect data, and maintain records.
• Monitor tool performance and assist in maintenance activities.
• Support chamber qualification and process characterization.
• Participate in lab sustaining and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to safety protocols for process equipment and chemicals.
• Cross-train across process modules and characterization techniques.
