Analog Devices, Inc. seeks an experienced process integration engineer to define integration specifications and layout rules for next-generation silicon technologies.

You will interface with device engineers and fab process engineers to provide robust process integration solutions and address yield and reliability challenges. You will also lead process and product qualification for new technologies and transfers between fabs, requiring strong project management and cross-functional

Qualifications

MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering with 7+ years semiconductor industry experience.
Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.

Responsibilities

Define new process technology integration specifications and layout rules for next-generation silicon technologies.
Interface between device engineers and fab process engineers to provide integration solutions.
Identify root causes of yield and reliability issues during process development.
Lead process and product qualification efforts for new technologies and transfers between fabs.
