Job summary

Connico Incorporated seeks a Construction Scheduling Analyst 3 to own and deliver detailed airport, energy, and infrastructure schedules. You will update schedules, validate logic, and perform quantity-based analysis on large-scale programs, communicating findings to clients and internal teams.

You will mentor junior analysts, defend scheduling decisions, and contribute to risk and sequencing discussions across multi-phase projects in a hybrid Denver-based setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of progressive construction scheduling experience with independent updates and logic reviews.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, quantity surveying, architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and ability to read architectural/engineering drawings at ROM level.
• Strong production-rate knowledge, WBS development, baseline assignment, and variance analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).
• Some travel required: 10–25%.

Responsibilities

• Build detailed construction schedules using templates; define durations, sequencing, and constraints.
• Create and manipulate work breakdown structures to meet project needs.
• Contribute to loading resources, baselines, variances, and risk-based recommendations.
• Develop production rates from historical data and progressively take on more independence.
• Prepare schedule outputs and QA reports using P6 exports, Excel, Power BI, and Connico standards.
