Job summary

Connico Incorporated seeks a Construction Scheduling Analyst 2 to support aviation and complex projects nationwide. You will develop and update construction schedules, review design documents, and help project teams understand sequencing, progress, and potential schedule impacts.

You will work with Analysts and Specialists to strengthen Primavera P6 skills, integrate drawings, and ensure accurate scheduling data. This hybrid role offers hands-on experience and growth across diverse projects.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience supporting construction scheduling.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6.
• Foundational understanding of schedule updates, activity logic, WBS, baseline tracking, and schedule variance identification.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, civil, and engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in schedule data entry and documentation.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams and communicate questions, updates, scheduling concerns clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, quantity surveying, architecture, engineering, or related field, or equivalent education/experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update construction schedules in Primavera P6 using Connico’s templates and standards.
• Enter durations, sequencing logic, constraints, milestones, and progress with guidance from senior schedulers.
• Build and adjust WBS, support baseline tracking, and identify schedule variances.
• Gather quantity, cost, and resource data to support loading, phasing plans, and risk analysis inputs.
• Review drawings and specifications to identify activities and sequencing requirements.
• Communicate potential logic conflicts or schedule impacts to senior team members.
• Maintain schedule documentation, version control, and records.
• Participate in meetings and collaborate to complete scheduled work on time and with accuracy.
