Job summary

Connico, a national construction consultancy, is seeking a Construction Scheduling Analyst 2 to support aviation and complex projects. You will develop schedules in Primavera P6, review design documents, and help project teams understand sequencing and potential schedule impacts.

The role emphasizes hands-on learning, collaboration with Analysts and Specialists, and building proficiency in schedule logic, phasing, and Connico’s processes.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience supporting construction scheduling.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 or actively developing proficiency.
• Understanding of activity logic, WBS, baseline tracking, and schedule variance.
• Ability to read architectural, civil, and engineering drawings.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update construction schedules in Primavera P6 using Connico templates.
• Enter durations, sequencing logic, milestones, and progress with guidance from senior schedulers.
• Build WBS, support baseline tracking, and help identify schedule variances.
• Gather quantity, cost, and resource data for loading and risk inputs.
• Review drawings to identify activities and sequencing requirements.
• Identify potential logic conflicts and communicate impacts to seniors.
• Support integration of estimating, constructability, and project information into schedules.
• Prepare schedule documentation, visuals, and reports.
• Maintain data accuracy, version control, and records.
• Participate in meetings and site visits; seek feedback and mentorship.
