Job summary

Connico Incorporated is seeking a Construction Scheduling Analyst 3 to own schedule updates, logic validation, and quantity-based analyses on large airport, energy, and infrastructure programs.

You will build and defend your scheduling work, communicating findings to internal teams and clients, and begin mentoring junior analysts. The role targets those who have moved beyond learning Primavera P6 and want to own the analysis.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of progressive construction scheduling experience.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, quantity surveying, architecture, or related field.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings/specifications at ROM level.
• Strong command of production rates, WBS development, baseline assignment, and variance analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).
• Some travel required: 10–25%.

Responsibilities

• Build detailed construction schedules using templates and standards; assign durations, sequencing, and constraints.
• Independently create and manipulate work breakdown structures to meet needs.
• Contribute to resource- and cost-loading, baselines, variances, and recommendations.
• Develop production rates from historical data; increase independence over time.
• Support phasing, sequencing plans, Monte Carlo simulations, and risk matrices.
