Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Three years of related experience in electrical work.
• Any equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.

Responsibilities

• Installation, preventive maintenance, and repair of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Provide lead direction and training to other employees in the field.
• Inspect and repair systems to ensure working order.
• Operate vehicles and heavy equipment as required.
• Read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
• Coordinate with inspectors and tenants on projects.
