West Star Aviation Inc. is seeking a Lead Aircraft Paint Technician for the 2nd shift in Perryville, MO. The role requires overseeing a painting crew, coordinating with multiple departments, and ensuring safety and quality standards across all processes.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of experience painting aircraft or similar surfaces and possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. The position offers benefits from day one and a comprehensive aviation environment.

• Requires leadership of production crews and scheduling based on priorities.
• Must understand quality and safety standards in paint operations.
• Experience in painting aircraft or similar surfaces is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Day-to-day management of the production crew to meet scheduling demands.
• Coordinate schedule with other departments.
• Train team members to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Schedule with parts department to ensure materials are available.
• Assist in final inspection of aircraft.
• Maintain clean and orderly paint shop and facilities.
• Handle delegated tasks while maintaining overall responsibility.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and clear English communication.
