Qualifications

• Knowledge of makeup, operation, and installation of aircraft systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot, align, adjust, and test complex systems.
• Experience coordinating work of other mechanics and scheduling maintenance.
• Skill in reading technical publications, schematics, and manuals.
• Ability to instruct lower graded personnel in repair and assembly tasks.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and lead the work of technicians during overhaul or modification.
• Instruct others in disassembly/re-assembly of engines, transmissions, hydraulics.
• Coordinate maintenance to ensure timely completion of critical actions.
• Read and interpret a variety of technical publications for repairs.
