Amentum is seeking an Aircraft Mechanic III for Edwards to perform inspection, maintenance and troubleshooting on the assigned aircraft. The role requires leadership, strict adherence to technical orders, and coordination with QA and customer teams for maintenance scheduling.

The position is on Edwards air base, second shift starting around 2pm. FAA A&P knowledge and a proven track record in heavy aircraft maintenance are essential, with benefits including health coverage and retirement plans.

Competenze

Minimum ten years of heavy aircraft maintenance or hands-on flightline operations.
FAA A&P license preferred.
Broad knowledge of aircraft maintenance, FAA regulations, and technical publications.
Must have a current state driver's license and be able to obtain/maintain Secret clearance (US citizenship required).
Demonstrated leadership and attention to detail.
