Qualifications

• Driver's license for airline travel and/or passport is ideal.
• Aircraft-specific factory training is preferred.
• 8+ years in aviation maintenance; 4+ years on program-specific airframes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians to deliver high-quality, timely results.
• Turnover work to the next shift and manage project flow.
• Identify opportunities to reduce aircraft turn time.
• Mentor and train technicians on assigned projects.
• Supervise team members in daily workload and safety compliance.
• Perform mechanical work on aircraft and related systems.
• Troubleshoot and evaluate aircraft systems when designated.
• Coordinate aircraft movement, tests, and FAA paperwork.
