Job summary

Northern Air Cargo, a subsidiary of Northern Aviation Services, seeks a Lead Technician to oversee Aircraft Maintenance Technicians, ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, and enforce FAA regulations and company policies. The role involves supervising maintenance on company aircraft and coordinating with flight followers to maintain availability.

The position requires an FAA A&P certificate, 2 years of supervisory experience on similar aircraft, and willingness to travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• FAA Technician Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant ratings is required.
• 2 years of experience on the type of aircraft they supervise.

Responsibilities

• Leads Technicians on all maintenance, scheduled and unscheduled, performed on Company Aircraft.
• Monitor Aircraft Status and communicate updates for AOG or return to service.
• Audit Work Packages, Inspection Forms, and Records for accuracy and timely submission.
