The ideal candidate has 8+ years in aviation maintenance, 4+ years in program-specific airframes, a High School diploma or equivalent and an A&P license, plus proven leadership for multiple projects.

• 8+ years in aviation maintenance preferred.
• 4+ years in program specific airframes.
• This position requires minimal supervision and will lead small groups.
• SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT with wide knowledge of the job.
