Job summary

United Airlines is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead on-shift aircraft maintenance activities at our Denver base. You will coordinate technical teams, ensure compliance with FAA regulations, and drive safe, efficient operations.

Responsibilities include assigning technicians, maintaining schedules, and communicating with leadership and employees to meet performance goals. A strong safety mindset and reliable attendance are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• FAA A&P Certificate.
• Valid drivers license.
• 5 years in aircraft maintenance.
• Meets operational performance goals including on-time performance.
• Identifies the need for change and acts accordingly.
• Keeps a productive work environment and communicates effectively.
• Extensive knowledge of aircraft maintenance operations and FAA regulations.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Reliable, punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance on shift at the assigned location.
• Assign technicians to meet schedule and cost objectives.
• Ensure resources are available and accountable for work.
• Provide leadership to on-shift labor to maximize productivity.
• Maintain compliance with safety, regulatory and company procedures.
• Communicate with employee groups and leadership.
• Report status and guide station personnel to achieve objectives.
