Qualifications

• Specialized experience includes installing, adjusting, aligning, troubleshooting, and functionally testing major/minor mechanical and pneudraulic aircraft systems.
• Experience coordinating the work of other mechanics and scheduling maintenance to ensure critical actions and workflow.
• Ability to instruct lower graded personnel in disassembly/reassembly of engines, transmissions, gearboxes, hydraulics, and fuel controls.
• Experience planning, directing, and organizing work assignments; prioritizing to meet deadlines; supervising and communicating shop processes.
