Job summary

Responsibilities

• Directs unit's readiness of aircraft, personnel, and equipment to meet wartime and state missions.
• Plans, organizes, and oversees flying operations and directs staff through supervisors.
• Develops the squadron's CCIP, evaluates supervisors, and handles selections and grievances.
• Collaborates to plan long-term Wing/Group plans, base facilities, and deployment cycles.
• Manages resources to ensure compliance with airworthiness and enforces fiscal controls.
• Represents the unit with National Guard Bureau and external partners on programs.
