Qualifications

• A&P license required.
• Five years aviation experience and/or training.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of technicians through maintenance, repair and overhaul of turbine engines and components.
• Track priorities, scheduling, and shop output; report to Site Manager daily.
• Maintain safety practices and proper use of equipment.
• Coordinate daily maintenance schedules with team members; ensure clean, organized work area.
