Job summary

Your Talent Team in Bridgeport, WV is seeking a Lead Technician – Aviation Maintenance to oversee maintenance operations, mentor technicians, and ensure airworthiness on aircraft, engines, and components. This hands-on leadership role requires an A&P license and solid experience in aviation maintenance.

You will supervise inspections (100-hour, annual, progressive), coordinate workflow, and approve return-to-service paperwork under FAA CFR 145 guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must hold A&P License (Powerplant required, Airframe recommended).
• Minimum 3 years aviation maintenance experience.
• Strong leadership and supervision abilities.
• Familiarity with FAA CFR 145 and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform 100-hour, annual, progressive, and continuous inspections on aircraft and components.
• Maintain, repair, alter, and perform preventive maintenance on aircraft, engines, and propellers.
• Supervise technicians and provide guidance to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Approve return-to-service documentation per FAA and company policies.
• Oversee workflow scheduling and maintenance distribution.
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, manufacturer guidelines, and industry best practices.
• Maintain current technical manuals, airworthiness directives, and service bulletins.
