Job summary

Precision Aviation Group is seeking a Turbine Engine Technician for Prime Turbines in Mesa, AZ. The role focuses on maintaining, inspecting, repairing, and overhauling PT6A engines and requires proficiency with engine logbooks, manuals, diagrams, and schematics.

Candidates should have FAA A&P certification, be able to operate hand/power tools and measuring instruments, and follow written or verbal instructions in English. 3+ years in aviation maintenance are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess FAA Airframe & Power-plant certification.
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools and measuring instruments.
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• High school diploma or higher with technical Airframe/Powerplant training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, inspect, repair and overhaul PT6A engines.
• Read, interpret and complete turbine engine logbooks, manuals, diagrams, charts and schematics.
• Disassemble, clean, evaluate, repair and assemble turbine engines.
• Replace or repair worn, defective or damaged components.
