Job summary

Soni is seeking a Lead AI Solutions Engineer to provide hands-on technical leadership within small, high-impact teams building AI-native platforms and intelligent automation solutions. You will define architecture, development standards, and AI-driven delivery patterns while contributing directly to coding and solution design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/IT or equivalent.
• 6–10 years of software engineering experience, with AI-enabled delivery.
• Proven experience providing technical leadership and architectural direction.
• Strong cloud-native design experience, preferably AWS.
• Experience building AI-powered applications, automation, or intelligent interfaces.
• Expertise in API design, integrations, and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, and AI-assisted workflows.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, SOC 2 security/compliance.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Define AI-driven development pipelines automating requirements, code generation, testing, security scanning, and deployment.
• Architect AI-native applications and intelligent interfaces for complex business systems.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership, code reviews, and engineering standard setting.
• Design and implement cloud-native AWS solutions.
• Lead secure integrations with third-party SaaS systems.
• Establish HIPAA, SOC 2, and regulatory guardrails.
• Mentor engineers and guide technical decisions.
• Collaborate with platform, DevOps, product, and security teams for scalable delivery.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging AI tools and practices to boost velocity.
