Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with AI/ML.
• Experience with Generative AI, RAG, or LLMs; end-to-end lifecycle.
• Strong backend, API, and distributed systems knowledge.
• AWS and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform) expertise.
• Leadership experience; mentor and drive strategic AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build and architect AI-driven systems, including multi-component pipelines and RAG architectures.
• Lead full-stack development from AI orchestration to APIs and modern web UIs.
• Drive technical strategy, evaluate new AI techniques, and translate into roadmaps.
• Provide senior technical leadership and mentor engineers; govern model lifecycle.
• Ensure quality, security, observability, and regulatory compliance for AI systems.
