Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an AI Security Platform Engineer to lead AI-powered SecOps capabilities, security automation, and agentic AI platforms. You will design, implement, and govern integrations across Microsoft Sentinel, threat intel, endpoints, and cloud services while guiding teams and managing risk.

Ideal candidates bring deep cybersecurity engineering experience, hands-on AI platform skills, and proficiency in Python, IaC, and SOAR. The role includes mentoring and working from a U.S.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in cybersecurity engineering across multiple domains.
• 2+ years hands-on AI or AI platform technologies.
• Experience building security automation, SOAR, or enterprise platforms.
• Strong Python skills and API development for security workflows.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Sentinel and cloud security operations.
• Cloud exposure (Azure/AWS) and IaC tooling (Terraform, Bicep, ARM).
• Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, and enterprise AI services.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, deployment, and support of AI-powered SecOps capabilities.
• Develop security automation and integration using Python and APIs.
• Build agent orchestration, evidence pipelines, and AI workflows.
• Establish secure engineering patterns and governance for AI platforms.
• Integrate with Microsoft Sentinel, SOAR, threat intel, and cloud security.
• Mentor teammates and influence senior stakeholders on risk-aligned solutions.
