Customers Bank seeks an AI Security Architect to design and secure AI platforms, including agentic AI, data protection and governance. You will review platform updates, implement guardrails, and collaborate with Risk, IT, and Compliance to strengthen security across the bank's AI ecosystem.

The role requires 5-7+ years in security engineering or architecture, a strong mix of AI security skills, and hands-on experience with SIEM/EDR/DLP/IAM and related tools.

Qualifikationen

• 5-7+ years' security engineering, architecture or operations experience.
• Hands-on with AI/ML platforms and AI security concepts.
• Experience configuring and using SIEM, EDR, DLP, IAM, and CASB tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information security or CS.

Aufgaben

• Architect and maintain secure AI platforms and agentic AI systems.
• Review AI platform updates, assess security impact and advise safeguards.
• Design and optimize security controls for AI systems and data protection.
• Govern data flows, labeling, and governance for AI use and DLP practices.
• Secure agentic AI capabilities, connectors, and integrations with least privilege.
• Perform security assessments of AI tools, models, and configurations.
• Collaborate with IT, Risk, Compliance and business to implement AI security.
• Monitor threats and evolve AI security capabilities with best practices.
• Support secure AI development and integrate security checks into CI/CD.
• Provide security metrics and reporting (KPIs/KRIs).
