Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in CS, AI, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 4+ years developing AI, ML or Generative AI solutions.
• Proven success designing and deploying enterprise-scale applications and platforms.
• Experience in cybersecurity analytics or operational intelligence.

Aufgaben

• Build and mentor a high-performing AI automation team for cybersecurity operations.
• Lead architecture and delivery of scalable agentic AI platforms for security workflows.
• Design production-grade AI systems with agents, memory, guardrails, and tool orchestration.
• Architect retrieval and context engineering including embeddings and semantic search.
• Engineer cloud-native AI solutions on AWS, Azure, and GCP with containers and serverless patterns.
• Optimize platform performance, latency, throughput, and cost controls.
• Build APIs and integrations connecting AI to security tools and processes.
• Establish observability, testing, and evaluation frameworks for AI agents.
• Set engineering standards for reliability and safe AI operation across the lifecycle.
• Mentor engineers and influence technical direction through reviews and forums.
