Job summary

Kairos Project is expanding the Global Challenges Project into a full portfolio of three-day residential workshops in AI safety and biosecurity. You will own two or more programs, shaping their strategy, design, delivery, and evaluation to broaden impact.

You’ll drive outreach, recruit guests, design sessions, and lead in-person workshops with a small team. You’ll measure outcomes, iterate, and help scale the program while maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience running events such as workshops, conferences or retreats.
• Strong project delivery experience in in-person settings.
• Mission-aligned with AI safety and biosecurity.
• Good with people and energized by workshops.

Responsibilities

• Own two or more GCP programs and oversee strategy, design, delivery and evaluation.
• Own outreach and participant selection, marketing and building strong applicant pools.
• Build relationships and recruit guests from researchers, policymakers, funders and other experts.
• Design sessions, structure and participant experience for each program to high standards.
• Lead workshops in person and manage the on-site team.
• Measure impact with structured feedback and track outcomes over time.
• Scale the program by building operational structures and automation.
